Maddy brings an empathetic and warm approach to therapy, building a safe space for clients to feel understood. She works with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of difficulties, working collaboratively to build coping tools and strategies.

Therapeutic Approaches
Maddy uses a trauma-informed approach in treating mental health issues. She uses a range of therapeutic modalities based on the clients presentation and needs, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- CBT-E for eating disorders
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- EMDR (available from August 2024)

Referrals and Funding
- In order to see Maddy, we require you have a referral from your GP, Specialist or Psychiatrist.
- Maddy is a registered Medicare Provider.
- If claiming through Private health, a referral is still required.
- No other funding options available.
