Josh is an empathetic and open-minded Psychologist, providing evidence-based interventions to adults experiencing various life stressors or psychological difficulties. Josh strives to create a strong therapeutic alliance with his clients to ensure that they feel supported while engaging in therapy. He understands that every individual person is unique and can deliver a tailored approach to therapy for each person.

Therapeutic Approaches

Josh has a client-centred approach to his therapy, ensuring that his clients feel supported and heard during treatment, and he works to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with his clients. Josh utilises a trauma-informed approach to treating mental health difficulties.

Josh utilises several therapeutic modalities in his therapy, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic approaches and Motivational Interviewing

Referrals and Funding
  • In order to see Josh, we require you have a referral from your GP, Specialist or Psychiatrist.  
  • Josh is a registered Medicare Provider. 
  • If claiming through Private health, a referral is still required.
