Emma is a general psychologist who provides trauma-informed and person-centred psychological support to adolescents and adults aged 16 years and above.

She brings a gentle, empathic, and collaborative approach to her work, creating a safe space where clients feel valued and respected. Emma is passionate about supporting individuals build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience through therapy. She has experience working with a range a mental health concerns and has a particular interest in supporting those who have experienced childhood adversities, trauma, and those on the autism spectrum.

Her therapeutic style is calm and relaxed, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet the unique needs of each person. Emma believes that fostering a strong, trusting therapeutic alliance is fundamental to achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes.

• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
• Schema Therapy
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Referrals and Funding
  • In order to see Emma, we require you have a referral from your GP, Specialist or Psychiatrist.  
  • Emma is a registered Medicare Provider. 
  • If claiming through Private health, a referral is still required. 
  • No other funding options available.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys bouldering at her local climbing gym, or spending time outdoors hiking.
