Meet the team

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”  ― Bessel van der Kolk

Our Psychologists

We are a team of professional, passionate and caring Psychologists who share a passion for Trauma-informed mental health care.

Trauma-informed mental health care means that all members of the Breathe Psychology team understand that trauma is a pervasive condition and endeavor to create an environment that fosters recovery and safety rather than one which may inadvertantly retraumatise or stigmatise an individual.

All of our Clinician’s are trained in EMDR and only see clients 18 years and above.
