Ellie has a strong passion for supporting people to achieve positive behaviour change and to improve their overall wellbeing. She has a person-centred approach working with a broad range of presenting issues, including low mood, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviours, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal struggles and anger management. She also has a particular interest in perinatal mental health and strives to empower and support families as they navigate conception, pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

    Referrals and Funding
    • In order to see Ellie, we require you have a referral from your GP, Specialist or Psychiatrist.  
    • Ellie is a registered Medicare Provider.
    • If claiming through Private health, a referral is still required.

    More About Ellie

    Ellie has worked with women experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma and related difficulties that arise during the transition to parenthood. She is also experienced working with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with a variety of disabilities and mental illnesses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Attachment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in both individual and group settings. Ellie is also a Circle of Security Parenting Program facilitator and a Secret Agent Society group program facilitator.
